Stan was a wonderful, warm and loving person. He was a gentle giant and gave the best cwtches ever and will be remembered with a smile for his humor and his generous nature. He was respected and loved by all that knew him . Stan was sadly taken well before his time. The best husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. Stan was my rock, my soulmate and best friend.

Stan was just the best and I had the pleasure of sitting next to him in work for 15 years. He put everything into his work, but more importantly, he put everything into supporting the people he worked with. His smile was never far away, even during long days and tough times delivering projects.

When things went wrong he’d always say ‘pwp’ and that was my first reaction when I heard the sad news about his passing, and I could imagine him saying it.

It was my privilege to call Stan my friend and I’ll never forget his support and love over the years. No more hugs, just great memories xx
